roach- I also didn't think it could get worse till TDAmeritrade wanted to charge me $150 annually to have the preferred in my ROTH acct. After a lot of back & forth I threaten the main office with misrepresenting the conversion offer to me & they agreed to send me the shares & remove the charge.
