Company sells shares to offset losses on contracts. All of you pumping for the Wal Mart job better think again. Wal Mart is the cheapest of the cheap..if they got that job you might see hundreds of millions of new shares hit the market. Of course this is in my opinion based on the company's history. No reason for this post to be deleted.
