I don't know that they would rescind the RS even with this news. Maybe this news is what made them think it would be .05 before the RS giving them a share price of $5 after. I don't see that happening but I could see .02 -> $2 for the pre-post prices. Granted that 2$ might slip quickly with the AS still as high as it would be. Then again with no more debentures selling in, it may be able to be stable at that price, and only have minimal dilution. Wait and see I guess, but I'm definitely not as hopeful about this stock as I was 1-2 months ago before the RS talk. Lets just hope there is stellar news lingering to wake it up.
