"Non-binding letter of intent". Actually meaningless. Letter of intent is vaque enough. Non-binding?

"for stock". What stock? Part of those 400,000,000 shares? What is pps of them?

Best to withhold opinions for the details, IMO.

This is a typical pre CC PR.

Not a dime in sales to DKAM yet. Long way to go to get to that point.

Funds to get to that point? Where are they or where are they coming from? That is the important question, IMO.
