What I find most humorous, was when EESO first went public, Jared, the CEO, was found on Myspace. He looked like an average everyday Joe and claimed $30,000 as his income level. Shortly thereafter the profile came down... OOPS. He certainly didn't look like a guy that could compete with DOW's R&D department.
I'm sure the business is very real and they will sell some product, but your right there are many established business and there are really no barriers to entry in this market. EESO is a fine example of that.
