Look for answers in L2

2/10 thru 2/17 - ran from less than a cent to +.25 on total vol of less than 1 million.

-why was it able to run on thin air like that and now it can't seem to get past .10 as the news get's even better?

-why little volume and movement on the most recent pr?

-why are we not in $ range yet?

-------

first few pr's, low float, no selling, large gains by design to whisk air across the retail community

things are ramping up, like any other operation, need to generate additional cash for services and production

the trading is quite obvious (after the .25 run) from L2- AUTO,VERT and the daily block that crosses the tape A/H, including the 500k block that was mysterious there for awhile.

until the MM desk fulfills the sell orders, I do believe the market operation will keep this range bound in an area where the seller is satisfied enough and in a range that is tempting enough in the retail community to keep enough volume generated to be able to finish the sell job. That appears to be what we are seeing now regardless of the weight of the pr

traders do see this and will not jump in until this process is over, that is why the volume is lackluster with most recent pr's imo

everyone has great points about the pr's etc but I think the mm desk operations are currently at the crux of the current trading activity and it is not the viability or questionability of the most recent pr but simply it's something staring us right in the face on L2.

I am long for a few years and firmly stick to my belief (blind as it may be) that the pps can trade in $’s range notwithstanding any type of massive dilution which I would not expect if they are in talks with vc who would eventually fund ramp up

my severely weathered crystal ball says they are selling a few million shares (meaning, xcel issues shares for services and the servicee’ in most cases will not hold onto the issued stock, they will put a desk order in right away to sell to take care of their own bills)

A few mil shares added to the structure does not seem to be anything concerning imo because the current structure is peanuts crumbs in relative comparison to other stocks

I believe the story is intact and not fluff simply because Sony, Perdue and Oldcastle are used while basic senses suggest that you don't fluff names like that unless your asking for a a tea party in a court room

steady growth as she climbs, let accum/dist work for your dollar and torch the lotto ticket, you may not own that tropical island once dreamed of but we all might be able to rent the thing for one great party.
