S2: According to the Russell 2000 Stock Index Forcasts Website below, the Russell 2000 Stock Index value from their Forcasts will be dropping in next 6 months until Oct. 09... So, buy TNA now for $12.00 per share looks like too high ? Do you know any other place we could take a look for Russell 2000 Index too?
