Just a quick note here.....many good companies actually put away cash during good times so that they can survive when the economic cycle slows and so that they can expand during slow periods. This will give them a head start on their competition if they had the cash, survived and were able to expand by buying into new technologies, buying small but promising companies and improving their own abilities to compete.

To say that this company will not be purchased at a premium because the economy in general is struggling may not be entirely accurate. Just my opinion on the possibilities. Good luck all...By the way, I'm long here since April 08 and in for the long haul. May good fortune come to all.
