The point has been made by a multitude of people over a protracted period of time that Steve Sulja was complicit whether through intention or, as he contends, by being duped. Rather than endlessly expound upon your theories, why not just allow the law (and justice such as it is) to take it's course. I think it's quite clear than greater minds than yours have contemplated the degree to which Steve Sulja is guilty. As to conflict of interest, SLJB does not conduct business, therefor the conflict issue is moot.
As everyone has counseled, if you have issues, hire an attorney or at least seek advice from someone more knowledgeable than you in the corporate law area.
It's rather fascinating that you have drawn people into this specious argument of yours. It just goes to show that people have too much spare time on their hands.
