Yeah companies like Big Apple and Cornell (now YA) get paid in shares or provide loans for shares. They then put the company in a death spiral and short the stock down where they make more than if they had unloaded all their shares on the market as longs.
The problem here is that Big Apple may have shares from Old IGTP days and if they have been pushing this down (AND SOMEBODY HAS) and Greg hits us with symbol/name change and some acqusition news, WE WILL HAVE CREAMED CORN!!!! : )
