I do think DOW could be it. It all makes sense. I forgot about the Dow Ag co. in Indianapolis. It is tucked away in the NW corner of Indy and they have been very quiet for all of the yrs I lived their. DOW is trying to get into niche high margin businesses and this one would fit into their plan and it would compliment the Dow ag company. Also I know how tight the gov't people are out there. They probably helped setup the contacts with Dow and Jared. They will do anything to get more business and i bet if a deal is done you will see more manufactured buildings and etc go up in IN.
