All, here's the latest response from Saner:

Dear Mr Schaefer,

I am expecting to make an announcement clarifying our position, this week. This issue is extremely sensitive for the next few days; more than that I cannot say until a decision has been made.

I think it best not to forward your remarks to Stephen Lumb; it would be counterproductive.

Mike Saner.

Draw your own conlucions from this, I wont respond until the new PR this week.

As for the previous responses in this blog, I can just say this. I think this company, e.g. "significant and powerful shareholder" were ready to bail on the shareholders in the first place. Saner called my proposal with a conference to determine our rights and actions to address the company a "shareholder revolt," with the threat of pulling all the money out of the company. Basically, I believe this was planned anyway and now he can blame the shareholders.

I'll be flying through the UK in a couple weeks back to the US (tax time) from Kazakhstan. I'm contacting the UK SE to see if there's a public file on this guy (Lumb) and see what this guy's track record is and possilby see if another complaint can be filed (on behalf of an existing shareholder-me) to see if I can start the process to get him permanently barred from trading in the UK, citing HGLC as his current scam.

YOu folks that look for a return here, I believe this is unrealistic....but will not criticize you for believing. I would never say "I told you so," but only hope for you to win. I just want you to know I'm on your side, I want to win too!!!

This week's PR will be interesting to see in the "company's position." Quite frankly, I don't think it will amount to much, as nothing Saner told me would lead me to belive the company's committed to delivering and if we do anything to protect ourselves and show concern for our investment, he'll bail on us.

Whats worse is, I see us divided in here. I meant in no way to do this, but felt the need to step up and force their hand. I genuinely hope this "nudge" gets them active and we start seeing a series of results. Pardon me if in that hope, I have a significant measure of doubt. Quite frankly, I've written this stock off so any gain afterwards is just that...a gain.

Cheers from Kazakhstan.

Phil
