All products are licensed approved, trust me. We are a licensed publisher and can't publish unless they
are approved by Nintendo and Sony.

I'll ask Nintendo, why Black Sigil isn't on their site. But it used to be called Project Exile. You can see
they have it on their press release:

Air Conflicts is Sony PSP, not Nintendo, totally different company.
