I b-lieve u naild it Life. With the way everything else is quasi-regulated by the govt, I feel all aspects of the market should b regulated, especially Pinks. After all, the govt is supposd to protect the common man/ little guy, and that would b us here. They'll give sum song and dance about the size and scope being 2 overwhelming to look after, but manipulation is manipulation either here or on the big boards. But the SEC is corrupt like evey other govt agency.

People say they were asleep at the wheel with the whole financial mess, but they turnd a willful blind eye. After all, why would they wanna bite the hand that feeds them. Make it cheap and easier to uplist or regulate Pinks. At least bar MM's from trading stocks they are the go betweens for, if that is truly what they are intended to do. All IMHO of course.
