The shorts keep trying to tell us there is no money left, the claims are going to bury them, and the shares are going to be cancelled.

Well, none of it has come to fruition as of yet.

I keep seeing tons of clues that there is still a ray of sunshine.

Another one that I noticed yesterday. They let go a bunch more folks, but they still have about 150 on staff.

What does a company that is going out of business that closed its last store nearly two weeks ago need 150 people for at the corporate office?

I am not buying any of the B.S. the shorts are spewing until I see the official writing on the wall.

Salinas striking a deal with CC that is the big obvious one these shares are not going to be cancelled. The wording in the agreement also tells me we are going to go as high as his purchase price on some or all of his position.

Directly from the filings. This is how the pay out will be concerning Salinas shares. "Salinas will sell his shares up to his purchase price including commission. Anything above his purchase price goes to charity".
" Payment will go as follows, Salinas will get paid first and if there are any gains, those gains go to the Charity of his choice".

I assure you those stipulations were not put into that agreement for posterity purposes.

By CC imposing that Salinas must sell the majority of his position no higher than his purchase price; CC is expecting the price to go a lot higher or they need his shares because they don't want his shares affect their decision making.

Either scenario tells me we are in store for greener pastures.

I see them becoming another Amazon. The have the web site already in place. That is where they made the majority of their income over the past couple of years. Nearly 75% of their income was generated through their web site. That is a huge revenue they can't just say goodbye to. The only reason we are not seeing the reope the web site right now is because they have to work through these leases. I believe once they get all those leases behind them, they will get a new LOC an it will business as usual but without the bricks and mortar. JMO
