You need to remember that there are two TA's involved. There was a mistake with the first one that is being resolved I am sure. So I am not unpest at the fact that this is occurring. If fact I am willing to bet that the LOI presentor requested this in the LOI, this would just be a business decission if infact that the other public company is involved with a share structure of their own and want to offer the investors shares of their company in exchange for investors shares of EESO as an upgrade, if this is the case!It makes no difference, EEESO has been transparent in their statements as well as allowing an investor to go to South Korea and report the findings without being hindered.
