I like silver here.
After watching the recent actions of copper and oil, I feel better and better about silver. Today, silver continued to outperform gold, I think we could see silver outperforming gold for some time. Remember silver was trading at 20 dollar last year when gold was trading at the current price.
In addition, silver will not suffer from decrease of jewelry demands as gold, which is a concern for me. Silver is key by products of zinc and lead mines, which is going down. So silver production will be hurt for some time.
Action,
I bought a lot of silver coins early this week from a dealer this week when silver was below 13 dollars.
I bought large position of SLV at around 13.
I bought a large position of CDE this week at low 70c.
I bought a small position of SLW this week.
Still I want to stay away from and silver juniors for now.
Buy cheap, undiscovered stocks!
