I would have to laugh with you on this one even though we rarely see eye to eye lol. They blend chemicals, put them in a bottle and sell them. Nothing more, nothing less. There are no barriers to entry in this market, you need warehouse space, some mixing equipment and a little money.

I will say I have been impressed with the promotion, they did a fine job and should be commended for it. But I can't help but laugh (and couldn't resist posting on this one) about this comment by the CEO..

"Any due diligence can be done by interested parties through the Nevada Secretary of State website or office as this is a delicate negotiation and one I plan to see through to everyone's benefit; not one that during I can subject the company or its share price to with unnecessary volatility."

First off, that press release is certain to cause volatility, duh! Second, if it is so delicate, why on earth PR it lol. I'm sure the buyer wouldn't want anyone knowing about this.

I will have to admit, as a PR writer myself, this was crafted for one purpose lol. The promoters have to unload at some point.
