I received an e-mail from Mr Turrini here it is.


Thank you for the support. I have to admit it has been a struggle,
nevertheless, I remain optimistic with the possibilities. We still own
a patent that has a tremendous potential and in one way or another we
are in the process of accomplishing positive things for the company
and the shareholders.

The rumors have been true, there was a crack within the management and
I feel as if there have always been situations that have precluded us
from running this company properly. It is my hope that all
misunderstanding and differences can be resolved quickly for the
benefit of the company and you, the shareholders.

Currently I have submitted an agreement to the Board for review. I
have been waiting for over a month for an action and it seems that
finally we are going to have a resolution. Additionally, I have spoken
to the attorney representing us in the litigation against T-Mobile and
I feel comfortable with him. I still have a lot of questions that for
which I demanded answers.

I hope to have a better report in a week or so. Thanks again for the support.
