since SEVU is definitely involved... Some may recall my suggesting in the past, that the shorters may be liable for some of the SEVU shareholders losses under the RICO Act... Many of those who scoffed then, are now scrambling to cover their backsides...

They'll also have a lot of explaining to do, concerning the shorting of non-marginable OTC-BB Securities and I expect a number of MM's may be implicated, for letting shorters illegally use their accounts for naked shorting..

Fortunately, many posts still exist, or have been copied in a timely fashion, awaiting for an opportunity to become evidence...
