Wrong yet again. You need to subtract out cash, cash equivalents, AR, and inventory since all of those are as good as cash to VBDG + another $1 million in off-balance-sheet receivable. Then you have to consider that $4 million of their "debt" is merely a mortgage on an revenue-generating profitable office building.

Enterprise value is roughly equal to market cap.
