Titan Releases Information From the Company's Recently Completed 2008 Exploration Program and Written Report on the "Norgold" Property
TORONTO--(Marketwire - March 20, 2009) - Titan Resources International Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TNRI) (FRANKFURT: 36T1) -- The Norgold property is a prospective gold property and consists of 40 mining claims covering approximately 700 hectares, located in the Napanee Lake area of the Sault Ste. Marie mining division of Northern Ontario, Canada; an area that is well known for its favorable geology for hosting gold mineralization.

The 2008 exploration program included line cutting, the establishing of a working grid, and the subsequent geophysical testing of the prospective zones.

The 2008 program was successful in the confirmation of the existence and location of the conductive zone (geophysics) as well as the presence of gold mineralization (sample assays).

The program also included a moderate rock and soil sampling program, from along the conductive zone. Results of the sample assays have been previously released.

Titan will continue with the exploration of the property by completing additional ground geophysics, and collecting a much larger number of samples from the mineralized zones, possibly by way of trench sampling, as well as further prospecting of the area in and around the old mine workings.

Also recommended by the report is the consideration, for the next stage of exploration, that Titan retain the services of a Geologist to act as the "Qualified Person," under the guise of the National Instrument 43 101 (NI 43 101) to assist with the reconciliation of the existing information, as well as involvement in the next stage exploration on the Norgold property, moving the project closer to feasibility.

These steps and the additional work planned, summarize the recommendations proposed to complete the exploration phase on the Norgold property, prior to drilling.
