Not so, the weak Dollar does not make the dinar weak(IOWs, way undervalued)....the Dinar is under 'tight monetary policy". IOWs, it is not free floating against its own GNP/GDP, only the USD is. Iraq (GOI) will probably turn much of their USD purchased into gold.
