Agreed on being a win-win for both companies, however I think more information needs to be released in order for the market to react accordingly. Hopefully we will see additional updates as I have been pushing for in the coming weeks. I like what I see so far, both companies appear to have something to gain from this deal, and it appears our resulting company will be a stronger one, and one with revenues and little to no debt.
