-look at the Sempron K7 Core -> Barton Core (Thornton) - I
thought, AMD would only use Tbred DIE's
-> seems like AMD has moved his full 130nm production to only
1 DIE (like the Thornton move from Barton Core) and hasn't
switched for the K7 Sempron back
