True Anyone can Sue Anyone for Anything. [HOWEVER} Judgments are ONLY given out to people and or organizations that are found liable for such suit. Hunt Gold Corp and ASAP GLOBAL, INC. were found responsible for the ENTIRE AMOUNT.


Well, I guess those MASSIVE credit lines have dwindled and it is FAR better to pay 11% on 76,239.62 than pay it in full or stroke a check for a settlement [PRIOR} to a judgement. yeah makes much more sense to do it that way. We are Going to Buy back shares BUT NOT PAY OUR DEBTS?

The Company has no intentions of raising any additional cash at this time, to fund its exploration; and is securing an initial US$5 million in traditional bank finance to expedite exploration plans for the first quarter of 2009.

The Company will utilize surplus cash to purchase shares of its Common Stock in the market as an Investment, these shares so purchased; will be held in Treasury and will not be cancelled.

The Company has extended its lines of credit to capitalize on the "Gold boom" and will commence exploration work on additional Gold mines in its portfolio and not just on the Mockingbird Gold Mine in Arizona.

09/23/08 -- Hunt Gold Corporation (PINKSHEETS: HGLC) is negotiating an initial US$5 million in financing to expedite its exploration plans for its Mockingbird Gold Mine in Arizona. This Loan Facility may well, over time, be extended to amount of US$15 million as the exploration at the Mockingbird Gold Mine is substantially expanded.
