they only go there if they do not file to nasdaq for the co.
i don't think HIET is willing to cheapen the co. yet. there is too much going for their product to do this type of change for their listings. they are very interesting as we both know.
if they do share dilution , then they will hurt all investors.
i haven't been to their news lately.
