~Some of my comments on why Simco, an institutional funding group, would invest $15 million usd 'long term' without expecting a return or no payments for 4 yrs:

1. More Contracts (a lot but need money to meet capacity)

2. Magnum/SRI Technology will change the Rubber Market

3. Large Profit Margins

4. Large Growth Potential

5. Hightech Green Company (one of a kind)

6. Magnum/SRI products will be in high demand (only ones worldwide)

7. Key patents, knowhow, and have shown Simco some trade secrets in Rubber Recycling or Solutions

8. Key Acquisitions on the table that will make for a perfect fit to MDOR

9. I really think Simco has more 'inside info' to MDOR and they know exactly how much MDOR will be worth, is worth, or why MDOR will be a huge winner/player in the Rubber Field.

Also now that the first round of funding is closed I would expect to see more to come. Now we are all golden, that is if your long MDOR. Like I said these funding terms are unheard of for a OTCBB. My hats off to MDOR management.

These are just a few, real quick, comments w6
