CC keeps some folks on as BOD. All Wattles buddies. Three are Wattles buddies. Why? Why? If they were going out of business there would be no need to keep any on as BOD.

Also, no need to strike a deal with Salinas to get him to sell the majority of his position if the shares were actually going to be cancelled.

Remember, no debt against the common! The restructure, get a new LOC, we could be looking at a $1.00 stock. They could even offer us measely shareholders a buy out. I am only taking the buyout if the shares are expected to be cancelled. Otherwise, I am holding on!
