They could be prudent regs, but does it not also signify supply over-hanging the market? Also, by the very fact that they are required to file before selling, does it not mean that these are company related shares, issued at prices way below the current market? How many of these restricted shares are there?
I don’t mean to insert a negative view. I am long SEVU, and bought a few thousand more shares today. But I am reminded of another BB company I once invested in. In that case, the number of shares outstanding went from 5M to 50M in one quarter! The fact is that BB companies do not have to submit audited reports.
So, where did Tuscano get their shares? Could this be the off-shore selling A@P was talking about?
