I dont know that he has wasted an opportunity. I just think that he shouldnt have thrown out the timelines that he did. I believe that he should not pr anything, until things are confirmed and done! and he pretty much told me that is how he is going to handle it from here on, because some of the delay is waiting for second and third parties which is out of his control.
