that's ok ostromjo, hey you know NoMo talked with Bob the CEO and master programmer over here on IHub and had them implement a very nice feature. By default it is turned off, but turning it on will wake up your screen when a post appears on your favorites board. Under "Tools" and then "My Settings" then change "Alert Browser Windows On New Messages" to "On". Of course you can also change the Favorites Refresh Rate to a lower number. However, you might have to be a member to use that functionality.
