Either you got 'special' different information or you're being disingenuous. Unless I'm remembering incorrectly, the 8-K specifically says it's convertible. Is it that you don't understand what "convertible" means? I could help you understand that. Please let me know.

Again, scam stocks put out a lot of press releases. I would bet my bottom dollar that either it's 'fake' and will mysteriously fall apart or the money will come from Mr. Curtis where he's guaranteed to get it back. Only the insiders know for sure.

This is a sucker stock.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product even more revolutionary.
