Well I'm suspect then - tell me Fsmith, would you purchase a shell and not give yourself a bunch of common shares right off the bat???? I doubt it seriously. Chad waited until the company looked like a go before doing it and I have absolutely no problem with it. It's well deserved and will be soon forgotton as the company prospers and all shareholders prosper. Also, what company has EVER gotten this sort of financing deal without MAJOR dilution - certainly none that I've ever been involved with. Like I said to Richie, about time to quit beating a dead horse...what's done is done...
