But, they didn't need to increase AS after the R/S. Without that increase shareholders could see their investment grow in value. With the increase, the company can sell more shares at existing shareholders expense. Company can dilute with no pps increase. They add funds, but shareholders get nothing. That is no way to support your investors. JMHO (This time I have it right!) Wheeler does it some more!!!!!!
