Prudent to overlook 45 million additional shares?

I beg to differ. Call them anything you like scam or richly deserved but deny they are dilutional and we sir have a confirmed difference of opinion.

45 million additional shares is significant and the market is asking today how do they enter into all the deals being presented. Acquisitions, JV's, Funding, on and on wonderful stuff but the transparency on share structure is being blurred Mak. One simple question...

WHY ,for what credible purpose. What is in it for you and I? Curious investors need to know.

Anyway the chips fall. There is no better substitute than YOUR OWN DD
