ONE constant no one will publicly acknowledge

...or is privately willing to deal with "hoping" it goes away.

I don't care if your an entrenched basher, long ,newbie, management, fence sitter or incredulous spectator. Fact is we are in a DEEP recession teetering on depression if not there already. Investment capital is tremendously hard to come by and sheer numbers of usual investors are not here to create the volume you usually see this time of year.

I congratulate the company for closing on this significant funding it indicates dogged determination and also signals a commitment to it's shareholders. That is why I offer here some CONSTRUCTIVE critique. Please NB for the record I reiterate the pivotal and easily misconstrued word CONSTRUCTIVE

The market has not been publicly told how the additional shares issued will be utilized, that number is substantial and deserves PUBLIC transparency. That alone is justifiable hesitation in this tough economy. The company has not publicly disclosed who SIMCO Group are and how the money is to be applied. Whether intentional or inadvertently there is critically low information flow on funding, which in PR circles is a definite no no. Investors should have been introduced to who these people are if only briefly, if not inevitably investors quickly get suspicious. At minimum Magnum hasn't clearly disclosed how it intends to spend 15 $MILLION$ dollars where and when. Early days yes agreed but again difficult to take the news seriously when forced to guesstimate. There can be no stone left unturned in this Doubting Thomas atmosphere we have for a market. Therefore I am not surprised volume is low or that MDOR share price didn't go higher today. It will take more publicly verified information which must be coming but clearly hasn't today. Oversight? I don't know. Crucial mistake, IMO yes most certainly as evidenced by today's trading which is irrevocable proof.

Congratulations on closing MDOR but be especially careful, lack of transparency in communicating with today's chronically fickle investor will negatively taint otherwise excellent news. My question to management is that necessary.

GO MDOR!

Anyway the chips fall. There is no better substitute than YOUR OWN DD
Including mine...good luck!
