Just a fun little update....found out the WHA did not turn over the taxes withheld from employees to the CRA. Which was suspected. So...looks like us 'little guys' are getting screwed again. Was told by the CRA in 2006 that if WHA withheld tax and did not submit, it was the company's issue, not that of the employee...turns out this is not true. Because to ROE was issued (despite several attempts to obtain them) and WHA refused to even acknowledge CRA or the fact that they even had employees....according to the the rep that called me today, they may be going after employees for back taxes. Which employees paid to the company who has esentially stolen from us.

What a joke.
