10 months later and its still not done.
Imho the land deal is for sure and the only thing left there is that Government of Belize has to prepare the land first before the land buying can be completed.
Or would any of you sign a contract before the other side still has not filled their duties? Both sides are willing to sign the contract but BLDV surely will not sign the contract before the land is ready for construction. As the government said in the email BLDV has nothing to do with it that this took so long.
I think the preparation of the land will only take some days or weeks.
But everyone should see now why BLDV had no chance to announce anything yet: You can´t announce a start of construction on a land that you don´t own yet.
But we have confirmation from Government of Belize now that these things will happen now for sure and that they only have to sign the contracts then when GoB has done their homework.
