PD, to answer your question in one word, Wheeler. I owned CDE from from 2001 to about 2006 or so (don,t remember), got lucky and bot under $1 and sold about $5. Every time it appeared the price would take off Wheeler would pull off one of his dilution moves.

This stock was the second most frustateing stock i,ve ever owned, with NXG being no. 1. If you guys like silver look at SSRI AND SLW, no I don,t own either, all into GOLD. Luck to all-RC
