Jared already has promised that there would be NO MORE DILUTING to run day to day activities and to finance projects or growth...

I trust Jared and I am CERTAIN that these MUST be restricted shares with conditions attached to them...probably to grease up a S-Korean official...or whatever..to finalize the deal...
