O/T I think the TSC buyer originally wanted something that could retail for $20 if memory serves (this was maybe 3-years ago), as I think the ones TSC was selling were retailing for $30-$35, and the old domestic supplier wanted to raise the price.
With the steel price increases last year as well as the higher freight costs I imagine the retail price was pushed up to almost $35. If you paid less than that, it may be they made the steel gauge thinner to save costs and keep the retail price down.
