We all have been here a long, long time. I have never held a penny this long (3 years as of March). Mind you, I do have quite a few worthless positions, but they are all very small positions that I can not even track down the owner to get a cert.

Two things I am hoping and praying doesn't unfold here.

1. It goes to the pinks. That means we will still have a transfer agent.

2. None of my scenarios play out.

As long as he keeps buying, he gives a glimmer of hope that he will do something with this shell. Let us hope we are factored into that equation. There can't be that many shareholders in this stock. Maybe a couple hundred at the most.

That judgement filed last year is our thorn in our side. The only way we get out of it is through a BK or the new owner reaches some kind of settlement with them. BK at this stage would not be a bad thing.
