I agree that this is usually not good for the shareholders.

The PR firm is saying that the reverser is being done in anticipation of uplisting on the Nasdaq. If this is done then this will be a good move for us. Institutional investors will not touch a stock on the OTC, but they will buy when the stock is on a reputable exchange. At that point if Cavico delivers the stock will have great returns for years to come. On the other hand, if we do a reverse split and dont get uplisted to a reputable exchange this is a horrible deal for the shareholders.
