I don't understand how there can be "hundreds" because from my dd I show just one system tested by the NSF, EPA approved in the ETV program under Decentralized Wastewater Treatment Technologies.

Where do you see hundreds? While there may be hundreds to make extraordinary claims, only IWS is on the list.
