Assuming cash to become available (???) a business could be started again but who knows what industry this business shall come from.

Assuming cash not to become available (???) then maybe some kind of recuperation (???) could be achieved selling our shell.

I heard that some more discussions shall be held in a relatively short term future.

I certainly am not holding my breath but, for as long as there is life ...

Whatever the case, I certainly hope that someone, somewhere will endup getting back at Matin to help him recieve appropriate treatement. Whatever that is, it remains required. One short month in jail is definitely not enough. I wouldn't be surprised if I did learn that he now has started a new scam.

Unfortunately, nowadays, even if the business world is full of crooks getting rich stealing the money of the public (compared to Madoff and the AIG execs as example our case in totally insignificant) it remains that small crooks like Matin shall be sent to jail for more than a month and forbidden to ever lead a publicly held company. When all summed up together probably these little crooks do represent a lot of money.

I know this to be naive. Our political and financial world is full of white collar criminals that no one seems able to control anymore.
