I used to own 21,000,000 shares.
I started out owning 600,000 shares at .0007 per share buying impulsively on a high volume day thinking this was a hurricane play...it wasn't even close to a hurricane play...all past hype b.s.
In December 2008, I increased my holdings at .0003 to 9,000,000 shares based on a positive press release talking about positive test results on their E-C machines; this was after telling a guy a few months earlier what a piece of sh$t company this was financially (in dark shadow - shadow is what I hide, repress, and deny that I do not want other people to see...the shadow magician archetype is about toxic shame and perpetration...a trickster...a con-artist...seductive manipulation)...then the stock went to .0001 per share and had a news release about the chemist they hired and I bought 12,000,000 more shares at .0001 per share for a total of 21,000,000 and I had effectively reduced my cost per share to about .00019 per share...then hell occurred...the stock flat lined for two whole months...this means there was no bid and it was asking .0001 per share.
I felt like a moron after initially investing $420 and by the time I was done I had invested $4,190 in this shadowy - manipulative - company...I felt completely ashamed (dumb/stupid) being sucked/ manipulated into this by press releases.
For TWO WHOLE MONTHS I thought I had lost everything. I came to learn the value of $4,190 and that is why I bailed when I had a small profit at .0002 a SHARE...AND 850,000 of my shares sold at .0003 per share which was unexpected at a limit of .0002 per share...I almost panicked not knowing when I dumped 15,000,000 shares that I caused the bid to fall to .0001 and that is what caused me to dump my remaining 6,000,000 shares...I thought it was going back to a .0000 bid; I had no idea new people were jumping into this.
The reason I am so negative is how much management is paying themselves in shares and Royis preferred share clause that guarantees his shares are never diluted at the expense of common shareholders. Any smart manager there will want the preferred shares because they can not be diluted if they do a reverse split...
I believe that will do a reverse split because that gives them more control of the company WHEN they have positive news and suck new investors in...they won't likely do the split until they have positive news first.
I challenge each of you to be as honest as I have been here...be real...speak your truth...speak facts.
