ii2, it is my belief that 1 or more of these deals are already done, although I don't have a PR from any of the parties to point to. I'm speaking of EMI (regular release), Universal and Sony. I still believe the labels reserve their right to release this information to the public when it's right for them. Unfortunately, I also believe we shareholders are quite a bit behind the information loop. I do know that the first EMI deal selecting SunnComm for their pre-releases came well before any of us knew about it. In fact, MediaMax was already on several of their pre-releases before the public got wind of it. I wish I knew how long it will take for the information to surface but I believe it will be fairly soon.

I understand the frustrations & the need to vent on these topics. Personally, I believe that Peter is doing the best job he can in spite of PR restrictions from the customers. I also realize my tolerance levels for Peter's past performances may be higher than some of the longer longs. Regardless, I think everyone will be happy & Peter will shine in the end.
