Ya don't suppose that AMD swept the secret clause(s) under
the rug when it engaged with Abu Dhabi to sell its fabs? If it
did then AMD's legal problems could expand further.

It seems to be that most of the redacted versions of the agreement have to do with the amount of the license fee AMD pays to Intel. The basis for the redactions would be that AMD would lose a negotiating advantage with their customers. I would be sure that these redactions would have to have been disclosed to Abu Dabi interests as a foundation fact of their agreement with AMD.

If for any reason, it was not, that would be the fault of the purchaser for not asking the cost of what it will take to produce what they would be buying. It would be incumbent on the purchaser to know that AMD pays something to Intel and incumbent upon them to ask "how much".
