Thank you for the constructive answer. The due diligence that I have seen (and done) here is simple. The Nevada SOS site clearly shows that the "merge in" was filed on 03/05/09. A call to the contact number will confirm this happened between ALCO and AXION. Based on this information the reverse merger would seem to be in progress with the filing already confirmed completed. Also check the volume on this stock, check the interest, all over IHUB it is being called the next "lotto play". At this point, as is very often the fact at the .0001 level, that call you speak of is not what will run this stock. Many completely dead shells have run a lot higher than the .0005 level you speak of in your post.
